As a starting point and in the event of an error during assembly, you must contact the craftsman or dealer from whom you purchased your element.
Please note that faults caused by incorrect operation or lack of maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
Before you fill in the form, you should make sure that your complaint is justified. As a member of the Window Industry, we refer to the Window Industry's Technical Regulations and warranty scheme.

The complaint must be filed as soon as the fault is discovered and the products must not be installed without prior agreement.
