For a newly created position, we are looking for an experienced service and production coordinator.

The position is a primary administrative position with minor coordination tasks in our production unit.

We are looking for an energetic M/K to coordinate the service work for our fitters, in a precise and efficient way.
You get the opportunity to put your own stamp on the job, and you report directly to the production manager, with whom you will have a very close collaboration.
You will be an important and decisive link between customers and installers.

YOUR ROLE
• Receive service tasks and contact customers
• Plan service effectively with fitters
• Telephone contact for our customers
• Prepare key figures for production manager
• Administrative tasks and orders in close collaboration with skilled colleagues
• Various coordinating tasks in our production unit

QUALIFICATIONS
• Outgoing and trusting
• Service minded and mentally strong
• Good communication skills
• Preferably experience from a similar position
• Good geographical sense for optimal planning
• Experience from the window industry is a big advantage in the job
• The IT toolbox is in place
